Early Access for Ashes of Creation Apocalypse Battle Royale Testing Ends

Glorious Ashes of Creation Apocalypse community,

On Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. PDT, the Battle Royale servers for Ashes of Creation Apocalypse will be coming offline from Early Access testing.

As we look forward to bringing you Alpha One in 2020, we are so grateful to our community for helping us test the crucial action combat and infrastructure systems that will be central to the Ashes of Creation MMORPG. From all of the bug reports to detailed feedback, your input has been instrumental in testing our persistent servers, patching process, and so much more!

This season’s challenges and rewards for the Adventure and Legendary Paths will continue to be available until the Battle Royale servers come offline at 11:00 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, March 10, 2020. Remember that all cosmetics you unlock while playing Ashes of Creation Apocalypse will be available to you in the Ashes of Creation MMORPG!

We could not have come this far without your help, and we are so excited for the journey yet to come. Keep an eye out for more news on Alpha One testing as we look to the future, and don’t forget to tune in this month for our Alpha One stream! We’ll see you on Verra again soon!

Q: What happens to the items I purchased and unlocked in Ashes of Creation Apocalypse?

A: The cosmetic items you unlock in the Adventure Path during Early Access will be applicable in other Ashes of Creation Apocalypse games modes (like Castle Siege and Horde Mode), as well as the Ashes of Creation MMORPG.


Q: How long do I have to complete this chapter in my Adventure/Legendary Path?

A: You can earn and unlock rewards in your Adventure and Legendary Paths for Ashes of Creation Apocalypse until the Battle Royale servers come offline at 11:00 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, March 10, 2020.


Q: What happens to my Embers after the Battle Royale servers go offline?

A: As Embers will also be used in the Ashes of Creation MMORPG, your Ember balance will remain the same and can be [viewed from your profile here](https://accounts.ashesofcreation.com/profile).


Q: What does this mean for Castle Siege and Horde Mode moving forward?

A: Testing for Castle Siege and Horde Mode are still planned for Apocalypse after Alpha One testing for the Ashes of Creation MMORPG - we’ll provide more details at a later date.

 

Q: What does this mean for Battle Royale moving forward?

A: Once the modes have undergone individual testing over the course of our MMORPG’s development, Apocalypse will be made available again with all modes for players to enjoy. You can expect these testing phases to pick up again after our Alpha One for the MMORPG has been released.

 

Q: Will I need to keep Ashes of Creation Apocalypse installed in order to participate in Alpha One testing?

A: No, Alpha One testing will be available in a separate client in the future - if you'd like to uninstall the Ashes of Creation Apocalypse client after Early Access servers close for Battle Royale testing, please follow these instructions.
